Workround for Adobe Photoshop CS2

If you are using Windows Vista and Adobe Photoshop CS2, you may have noticed that you are constantly asked if you would like to register the program every time you launch it. In order to work around this, simply right click on the Adobe Photoshop CS2 shortcut in the Start menu and click "Run as administrator", and then provide consent when User Account Control asks you.

You will be asked to register, click on "Do not register" and then close Adobe Photoshop CS2. Re-launch it normally (without running it as Administrator) and it should open without nagging you to register.

    I get a similar issue with MS Money Deluxe 2007 saying it needs an update everytime I start it.  If I choose cancel it runs just fine!

    I guess things will take some time to catch up.

    I recently got a PC that is available for a free upgrade to Windows Vista. I use Photoshop CS2. I have had the program for around 6 months. It doesn't say on the box that it'll work with Windows Vista. I want to be sure it will before I get the upgrade.

    Problem: I have Vista and PhotoShop cs2. When I double click a jpeg icon, it will not open in PhotoShop. When I right click and go to 'Open with' the program is not there. When I find PhotoShop in my file and select, nothing happens. Basically the only way for me to open files is to open PhotoShop first, File, Open. Any suggestions? Does anyone else have this problem?

    freetransform = CTRL+T

    Cut = CTRL+C

    Paste = CTRL+V

    non of shortcut works but i can do everything with the mouse, its just so much of a pain. i have tried compatiblity mode changes, running as administrator. i dont know what to do.

    i can not use the shortcut ctrl + maj + i (in french photoshop) but i do not understand what you mean by "the properties...." can yo help me please ?
