As far as I can see the patches are identical to the leaked ones (filesize, timestamp on the signature), only change I  discovered are some corrected typos in the patch notes (Blue-Ray to Blu-ray).

They're nto going to be on Windows Update until Patch Tuesday at the earliest.

Certainly seems to improve network file copy speed. Before I applied them, performance was pathetic, managing to get around 30MBit on a 100MBit LAN copy files from one Vista box to another. It's now maxing out the 100MBit connection completely

Hi Leute, es gibt ein Vista Performance Update das euer Betriebssystem bis zu 15% schneller machen soll....

If you have some problems with Vista64 i recommend you to install nvidia drivers version 163.11 or 162.50. That fixed almost all crashing after those patches. Patches themselves are great!

Oh yes, they're very reliable... in destroying your Windows installation that is. I thought I'd try the performance update, knowing that I could roll back using System Restore. But who am I kidding? After a reboot, Windows wouldn't start again because winlogon.exe was "corrupted" or something. Had to reinstall Windows. Way to go, Microsoft.
