So I've put them together into this zip archive for your enjoyment. The Readme.txt file has instructions on where to put them to that they show up in the "Personalization" dialog.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color=#ff0000&gt;UPDATE:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; The reason the zip file wouldn't download properly is because my web server has been trying to use HttpCompression to reduce the size of the file being transferred over the wire. The problem is, the file is already compressed, causing the error when you try to open it. For now, I've shut off compression altogether for this section of the site... so the pages may load a bit slower, but at least the file will download.
