This utility allows you to change the size of the Live TV Pause Buffer from 30 minutes, up to two hours in 15 minute increments.
NOTE: If you have manually edited the BackingFileCountHigh registry value in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Service\Video\Tuners
...this utility may not display the current Live TV buffer properly. Simply select the amount of time that you want for the Live TV buffer and click Apply. The BackingFileCountHigh value will be set back to its default of 6 (six).
